I didn’t feel as if that was a huge deal compared to the fact they messed up the tax on the buyers order and then called me half an hour before showing up to “compromise” with me. Not even 24 hours later and I’m starting to feel what might be a misfire so thankfully I bought a service contract but still. Like I said, not the worst BUT not the greatest. Huy was great at trying to advocate for me as the buyer and he did what he could to make me feel better about the situation. More

The day after we took delivery of our new vehicle, we were advised that our sales rep was no longer with the delivery. The issue is that the rep incorrectly assigned our vehicles ownership to another per were advised that our sales rep was no longer with the delivery. The issue is that the rep incorrectly assigned our vehicles ownership to another person that he delivered a car for the same day as ours. It's been 3 weeks now and there still is no resolution to this. I've spent hours dealing with this issue. The dealership has been trying to help fix this and activate our Bluelink but can only do so much. They advised me to work with Bluelink customer service. After 4 calls to them, they said they needed to open a ticket with their engineering dept and to expect a response within 7 to 10 days. This whole process has been a nightmare and completely unacceptable. Today, I asked for a new vehicle but they said that they couldn't do that. More
