I have had issues with my catalytic convertor setting off my check engine light. I had been going to a different dealership, which would scan the code and then ask me to set a follow-up appointment for the w my check engine light. I had been going to a different dealership, which would scan the code and then ask me to set a follow-up appointment for the warranty repair. The check engine light would switch off and the repair would not be granted. The check engine light would return, and I would repeat the process. I saw Bennett had an opening for the next morning. I went in with the expectation my check engine light scanned. They confirmed what I already knew but did not send me away. They got me a loaner and fixed the issue that day. This level of service exceeded my expectations in every way. More
