I have had issues with my catalytic convertor setting off my check engine light. I had been going to a different dealership, which would scan the code and then ask me to set a follow-up appointment for the w my check engine light. I went in with the expectation my check engine light scanned. They confirmed what I already knew but did not send me away. They got me a loaner and fixed the issue that day.
