Had my 2022 Tucson in for oil change, tire rotation & rear hatch issues. They got me in quickly & diagnosed the hatch problem. Something was loose. They corrected the problem & adjusted the hatch for rear hatch issues. They got me in quickly & diagnosed the hatch problem. Something was loose. They corrected the problem & adjusted the hatch for proper operation. Then did the oil & tires. Checked other fluids & topped off the coolant. They also checked the brake pads & tread depth on the tires. I was very happy with the work that was done & the rear hatch operates without any problems. John K. was my advisor & kept me up to date. I will be returning to get my Tucson serviced here. More

Mike was great throughout the entire process. He did everything he could to earn my trust and I would buy from him again without hesitation. Fairly responsive, which is nice! Unfortunately, I believe that they engage in unfair and deceptive business practices. I was very clear with the amount I was willing to pay, yet some Unfortunately, I believe that they engage in unfair and deceptive business practices. I was very clear with the amount I was willing to pay, yet somehow, the amount seemed to increase every time I spoke with the agent. They would say one thing, then seemingly provide information to the contrary. I would recommend looking elsewhere when considering a vehicle purchase. More
