My experience this time was far better than my last visit. The gentleman who was working was so helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and did so with kindness. Last time, they washed the car before me, but not mine! When I asked about it, the girl working said something about the weather, and that they weren’t washing cars, but I could see that the other cars were coming out washed! I felt welcomed and valued at this visit, thanks to the man working today! He was also much more polite on the phone than the woman who I spoke to the last time that I had to schedule service! Definitely would recommend this dealership for service now. More
