My experience was amazing. When we arrived Mr. Phinney approached us before we could take two steps from our vehicle to help! He was very kind and very patient as we worked through this process. I was recently in a car accident that caused my car to be totaled and I had little to no transportation to and from work. With help from Mr. Phinney and my grandmother I was able to be approved for a car. My grandmother wanted some time to think over the decision which is understandable as she was helping me finance. Mr. Phinney and his manager where kind enough to let me take possession of the property for the night so I could think it over and be able to have transportation from work. We had a wonderful time and shared a lot of story’s and laughs going through this process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More
