She made sure we were taken care of and that we were informed. She knew I was hesitant to switch brand and she put everything on the table, so I have all the facts. No one in Mercedes has ever gone the distance like Mirsonia. We love our new Maserati and we love Mirsonia. Kudos to Ron as he made the paper work painless. When I called the dealership,I talked to Larry and within 1/2 hour we had the deal finalized. Ron overnighted the documents that needed to be signed. On the delivery day it took Ron 5 minutes to go over the paperwork, then Larry went over the car explaining all the details of that particular model and I was on my way. This was one on the easiest and fasted transaction I ever did. Definitely worth the drive! More

Made my day...+ Birthday I was shopping for Maserati Ghibli for a while and wished it for my Birthday. Since there are not many dealers in Bay area, I had to spend lot of time I was shopping for Maserati Ghibli for a while and wished it for my Birthday. Since there are not many dealers in Bay area, I had to spend lot of time driving to dealerships.. When I called Maserati Marin dealer, my luck was good that Mirsonia picked up the phone. With in 2 calls and few hours the deal was completed on phone. To my surprise they agreed to deliver the car and all paperwork at home. GUESS what I even didn't step out of my home, the car, the paperwork, the wine bottle, cake -> all was at my HOME day before my Birthday. Mirsonia personally delivered the car.
