Despite some issues with booking a service appointment online, once corrected the experience was professional as always from check-in to check-out. The messaging system asks for the customer to notify the dealer 30mins prior to pickup so that the vehicle can be ready upon arrival. Alas, this process which should be like an assembly line always seems disorganized and slow. Notifying the dealer 30mins ahead infers to the customer that the vehicle will be ready and waiting but it never is. Like yesterday, the wait is often another 20-30mins after arrival. So why bother notifying anyone of my impending arrival? More

The gentleman that attended me was very professional. The male sitting in the front desk has a bad attitude and has spoken to a few people ahead of me rudely.
