Mario, Scott, Alexis and Brandon were the dream team! Mario had a guitar in his office, so I knew he was good people. When the car I originally looked at was above my price range and the other sold, Mari Mario had a guitar in his office, so I knew he was good people. When the car I originally looked at was above my price range and the other sold, Mario showed me the perfect certified pre-owned minivan within my family's budget and NEVER tried to push me over it (and he even added in a bug shield !) His manager Scott priced it just right, even in this seller's market. The sticker price was so fair (I double checked) that there was no need to negotiate it down. Then, Alexis in finance helped me get a bumper-to-bumper warranty so that I could rest assured that my van would last me until 2024 or 100,000 miles without any big repairs while I finish school! Brandon in the service department gave me some great tips on maintaining my vehicle. For the first time, I'm not dreading my next oil change. I was in the middle of exams during the purchase, but they made the process so stress-free. Now I have the perfect minivan to take my son on soccer trips - the whole family is happy we have an affordable, reliable and beautiful vehicle. I feel beyond blessed! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Handled with less care than I expected! Dealer made certain promises that were not kept. Communication was not great. Horrible. My windshield was broken because the detailer didn’t secure my windshield wiper. The service manager assured me he would take care of it. A week later I called and was told to call someone else. didn’t secure my windshield wiper. The service manager assured me he would take care of it. A week later I called and was told to call someone else. I did. The service manager did not give the installer details and had to special order. It took 3 weeks to get it. I was also told by my salesman that I needed to reset my Mopar password since Uconnect wouldn’t work. He gave me the number Mopar who in turn told me to call Sirius. Final verdict my vehicle does not have Sirius Guardian, therefore my Uconnect cannot connect. Why didn’t my salesman know that? I spent a month waiting to get my windshield and final word that Uconnect isn’t available. I would never go back. More
