No thank you. I actually called the manager, Tom and left a message 3 weeks ago. No response. If a manager will not even respond to issues, that speaks volumes. I would never go back to Bergeron and will advise friends to go elsewhere

This failure will not go unnoticed or unmanaged any longer. I can assure you as I’ve received the comments you’ve shared this morning and will personally resolve if allow the opportunity. I’ve included the contact information for windshield vendor and will arrange all billing and payment needed. I sincerely apologize for the unacceptable customer service. I’ve included my contact information as well and rest assured the details will be shared with ownership. At a very minimum employees involved require training on how such customer disconnect took place. We expect excellent customer service at Bergeron and I apologize for this failure. Finally, I totally agree on the Uconnect and will attempt to resolve. Obviously not a simple resolution but the sales person should have known such important product information. If you thought you were buying a vehicle with Uconnect, I will attempt to resolve given the opportunity. Again I am very sorry. At minimum we must train team members from here.
