When I initially looked at the vehicle, it had scratches from delivery. I told Steven I expected the scratch's to be repaired when I decided to purchase the car, he ensured me it would be. When I called to make appt the gentlemen was very dry and didn’t have any concern about what I was trying to ask about my car. I told him my engine light was he proceeded to say we're 3 weeks out it would be didn’t have any concern about what I was trying to ask about my car. I told him my engine light was he proceeded to say we're 3 weeks out it would be after Thanksgiving . I was very disappointed. I mean after all the car is 2 yrs old why would my engine light be on . But , I just accepted and waited 3 weeks til my appt . After all said and done not all techs are friendly at Bergeron . I must say Danielle and Luis have been pleasant.
