Work was scheduled and took 3 weeks for first open date. This was fine. Upon drop-off, I was told it would not be worked on that day. It took 3 days for work to be completed. I had an issue immediately after I purchased my Jeep Cherokee. It had to be towed in and took three days. As a courtesy the sales manager offered my first oil change. I called last week and Kristy look Cherokee. It had to be towed in and took three days. As a courtesy the sales manager offered my first oil change. I called last week and Kristy looked it up and said that she was to confer the sales manager and “call me in 6 minutes”. As of today I’m still waiting for that call. Well, I came in talked the Steve Santos and he made me feel I matters and handled my concern as like the professional he is. He also walked me to the service department, waited until everything was handled. The inside service “Ladies” are delightful and even have me a direct line to Liz in reservations for other issues I’m having. Danielle is very Direct and proficient in ascertaining what is needed to service your vehicle. I was told it would take up to two hours because of several vehicles ahead of me, and yet one hour later it was done. My next appointment is on the 27th of October and I expect the quality and professional service as I received on yesterday. More
Danielle Watkins needs to learn how to talk to people and not "bark" at them. When I pulled into the express lane for an oil change, I sat in my car and waited for a minute to two. I saw three people moving around in the garage area. No one came to my car. I got out and strolled towards a lady who seem to be not busy. When I walked towards her she asked how can I help you today. I told her that I needed an oil change and my tires rotated. She "barked" at me that I need to wait by my car for someone to come help me. I stood there for a few minutes and she walked up to me. Asked me how can she help me. Why couldn't she tell me that she would help me in a few minutes. So again I told her that I needed an oil change and tires rotated. She made her way to my car to retrieve the info. As she is punching in the info she "barked" is there anything else we can help you with in addition to the oil change. So again I told her that I needed my tires rotated. As she is punching in the info, she "barked" at me again that she needed my key fob with nothing on it. I showed her that I had a key and another fob on it and she "barked" at me no take the key out, "if you know how to do that". Seriously, I have had the jeep for three years. Of course I know how to take it out. Ms. Danielle Watkins needs to learn to talk to people not "bark" at them or make them feel inferior to her. More
