I was shopping for a car to lock in the 2023 EV rebate. These folks said they had a car in a nearby warehouse they could pick up and deliver. They claim they can’t process refunds over the phone. The amount of misleading these people are willing to do is atrocious. Had they been honest I would have kept shopping.
