The window on my car wouldn’t close on the night before a big storm and was worried about the water getting in the car. I drove it to the dealer and spoke to Zanfra about the problem. Joseph Burns (service Director) did not like me questioning the $2,200.00 worth of work they did to my truck for state inspection since they just inspected it 7,000 miles ago. He went on telling me they are very honest, and I could take my business elsewhere. I want to say Joseph Burns personally ended our business relationship and caused Bergey's not to get my future business of a new express van or service my vehicles. More
