The moment my parents and I walked into Bergy’s Chevrolet Dealership in Colmar, we were amazed with the customer service. We were welcomed by salesman Lito who is very nice and helpful. My parents know very little English but Lito was very patience with us with answering all our questions and did not rush us on the purchasing process. Lito helped us with finding a perfect 2020 Silverado alongside assisting with purchasing the truck’s accessories. Lito also helped us with scheduling an appointment very quickly with the service department for the accessories installation. I normally do not take the time to write reviews as we have our own engineering business & time is hard to come by. When it comes to car buying we bounce between one other company & Bergey's.. We buy quit have our own engineering business & time is hard to come by. When it comes to car buying we bounce between one other company & Bergey's.. We buy quite a few since we only keep our cars for between 36,000 & 50,000 miles. This dealership will treat you right & is very professional. No hound dogs here so having said that you will not find a better dealership to work with.
