Easy to deal with , no pressure I had been looking for a car a few weeks, and had decided to just wait . After trips to a few dealers I couldn't get a fair deal or a car I wanted . Lito called in response to an email I had sent and I agreed to come in . The car I wanted (a 2018 Sonic) was warmed up and sitting out front . He gave us a detailed overview of the car and said look it over , if you have any questions I'll be inside . We liked the car and it was great to be able to look at a car by ourselves and get a feeling for the car with out a salesperson looking over your shoulder. After a rest drive we decided to buy , we received a great offer on our trade and made the deal ! I would definitely return to Bergys and buy again from Lito .Thanks again for a pleasant car buying experience More

Great!!! When we first visited, we only wanted to see if we could fit in a Cruze (I'm 6'-7" tall). Matt was willing to pull a car we liked out of the showroom When we first visited, we only wanted to see if we could fit in a Cruze (I'm 6'-7" tall). Matt was willing to pull a car we liked out of the showroom so we could drive it. We didn't want to put Matt thru any trouble and chose to drive another similar car in the parking lot. When we called the next day to come and look at the car again Matt said it was already outside. My wife and are both retired. Matt was very patient and was willing to explain the numerous features our new car had (our old car was 10 years old and lacked many that this one had). That all took awhile. There was never any pressure to buy the car or to purchase an extended warranty for the car. More

After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey’s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car. More

A transmission shouldn't go at 50,000 miles and if it does it should be replaced by new ... "not damaged enough" is not a good enough assessment by a department only looking to save a buck. Conclusion, avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer experience of your life. More
