Had the exact truck I wanted So I found a vehicle online at around 4:15 pm on a Saturday. I called and spoke with Lito, and while I was expecting to be blown off until Monday (bec So I found a vehicle online at around 4:15 pm on a Saturday. I called and spoke with Lito, and while I was expecting to be blown off until Monday (because the dealer closed at 5:00 pm) he invited me in to see the truck. When I arrived it was out front, and he let me take my time to explore the vehicle without hawking over my shoulder. Even though I knew they were about to close, I never felt rushed, or pressured in any way. He offered to let me drive it, and I agreed. When I returned, we had a quick conversation/ negotiation. No games, no drawn out process. I offerd a reasonable offer, they wiggled a bit on my trade and we were done. Start to finish it took maybe 15 minutes, and I got a great deal. Everything was done as promised, the vehicle was serviced and detailed, and was ready as promised. It was a perfect experience, and I will be back for my next vehicle. Thanks again Lito! More
