I have never had a better car buying experience! I faced several problems here in Philadelphia in buying a car. I had just moved here and I needed a car very quickly. A friend recommended Bergey's Chevrolet and Matt Cerefice because Matt did such an outstanding job getting him a new car. So I called Matt and explained my situation. Not an easy one, so so credit, in my apartment and job for less than two weeks, out of state license, strapped for cash from the move. But I told it all to Matt and he got to work, finding me a car that I would like and the bank would finance. And he did it, really quickly. I had a delay in getting my first pay stub and my new drivers license, but Matt hung in there with me, never gave up, never said it was too much trouble. And by the way, the finance manager, Darrel, who maybe guessed I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership working out the financing, called me on the phone and we worked thru the warranty and other details. He was upfront with the advantages and disadvantages and the pricing. No shuck and jive at all. No trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. When I saw the car I bought OVER THE PHONE I was amazed and delighted with my Chevy Cruze. I didn't have a lot to spend or put down, and Matt picked out the perfect car for me. It looks new, although it's a 2014, but it's low mileage, I can talk on my phone thru communication system, it has a backup camera and I can't believe how clean and luxurious it is. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Matt Cerefice and Bergey's Chevrolet. If you want a no drama, honest and easy car buying experience, go to Bergey's and ask for Matt.
