Pleasantly Surprised I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Bergey's Chevrolet looking to buy a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. This was the first vehicle I was looking to b I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Bergey's Chevrolet looking to buy a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. This was the first vehicle I was looking to buy without using some type of supplier discount and was fully expecting some of the horror stories you read about when shopping for a car. Clyde Derstine chatted with me for a while and showed me around the showroom until Tony Isabella was available to work with me. Clyde is top notch in my book. He took time to listen to the specific options I was looking for in my Corvette and didn't beat around the bush letting me know what my options for purchase were and put together a build that was exactly what I wanted. Once Tony was available he handed the ball over to him and Tony didn't disappoint. Tony and I went over my build and gave me a price that I thought was fair for all and really quite exceptional. I was actually looking to get a different color than the one I finally went with. Tony showed me the color chips for the Corvette and I saw that the original color I had in mind was not what I thought it would be. Taking time to do this showed me that Tony was looking out for me and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my order. This sealed the deal and I gave Tony the go ahead to submit the build. Both Tony and Clyde were very professional, didn't give me the runaround and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. Everything you could ask for when buying a vehicle. Once the order was placed and excepted by GM, Tony kept me informed of its build progress and called me immediately when the car was delivered to the dealership. Tony took pride in making sure the car was in top shape and went over it in the shop when it was getting prepped as if it was his. That means a lot to me. On delivery day, he took a lot of time to go over the car with me and explained the options on the car and answering all my questions. There were a lot of both!
