I had a great experience at Bergey's Ford of Lansdale recently. My car had a challenging-to-diagnose heater issue. After speaking with the mechanic and service team it was decided to replace parts that c recently. My car had a challenging-to-diagnose heater issue. After speaking with the mechanic and service team it was decided to replace parts that could develop potential issues that could result in a lack of heat or air conditioning in the future. The proactive solution was welcome. I also received a ride from the dealership from home to the dealership to pick up my car. That was quite helpful. More

The level of customer service I received from Gina was outstanding! She accomplished (in less than one week) what my local dealership was unable to accomplish in 5 weeks!
