The tires didn't come in and the dealer wasn't open the next day. They put me in a loaner car for the weekend amd worked my car into the schedule for that Monday because of the debacle that wasn't technically their fault. On Monday, my care hadn't even been started until almost 4 o'clock and it wasn't finished til close to 6. Not placing blame, I appreciate that they worked it in without me having to wait for a while for another appointment. More
