When I arrived to pick up the car I noticed a small issue I had not seen before. Although the deal had been finalized with nothing on the "we owe" sheet, Berglund agreed to fix the problem at no cost to me, and loaned me a beautiful vehicle for my use until mine was ready. Once again Rey coordinated this for me on his day off. I would highly recommend Berglund and specifically Rey Gonzalez. More

New 2018 Volvo XC90 Last Friday I took my car immediately to Volvo after finally getting it started. Every time I went to start the car it would cut off. Fuel was not get Last Friday I took my car immediately to Volvo after finally getting it started. Every time I went to start the car it would cut off. Fuel was not getting to the engine. My boyfriend had to lay on the gas to try to prevent my car from shutting off and it worked. After my car was connected to their computer system I was told I needed a software update. Why would a new car not want to start over a software update? They obviously got lucky because the light stayed off until New Years Eve. Car now has to go back in again!! I can’t wait to hear the next excuse because now the light has been on for 2 days!! More

I needed a state vehicle inspection A service member met me when I entered the service department and I explained I needed an inspection. I have confidence in this service dept, when I have had a problem with my car they have always fixed it the first time, never had to bring it back. More
