It was just one message we were not bombarded by one message after another like we were from other dealers. We met with Dave told him what models we were considering and he said the best thing to do was come by when we had time and drive all of them back to back. About a week later and with no pressure from Dave we took time to drive the Mercedes, Volvo, BMW and Lincoln models on our list. Dave took his time in explaining the benefits of each and answered our questions never once pressuring us into a deal. We decided on the Volvo XC60 T5 AWD Momentum and have had it just over a week now. Dave made the buying experience pleasurable with out all the pressure and haggle we had experienced in past car purchases.
