I sold a vehicle to Berglund and the title to my car was delayed, therefore the check to me was delayed. I continued to reach out to the dealership and received zero communication. My calls were ignored, n delayed, therefore the check to me was delayed. I continued to reach out to the dealership and received zero communication. My calls were ignored, not returned, neither was email. I had to get the title on my own and then they tried to take the title without handing me a check. Poor communication and all around bad business. This is my 5th Toyota purchase, 1st from Berglund, and will be my last. If I could give zero stars I would. More
