I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and used my Toyota Tacoma as a trade in. The salesman Chris was great and so was the General manager and gave me a great deal . But the trouble started 4 days later Tacoma as a trade in. The salesman Chris was great and so was the General manager and gave me a great deal . But the trouble started 4 days later when I needed the new truck aligned. I called and made an appointment for the next day and upon arriving I went to the service desk in the building where I purchased the vehicle and politely said my name and that I was here for an alignment. Well the girl behind the counter got snarky with me and said .... "this is ford" as she points up at the sign , you want the shop next-door ....mind you, no where on either building does it say "Dodge ". Also I had to get my drive wise unit out of my Toyota truck and there was a dual system dash cam mounted at the very top of the windshield I had installed a year earlier ...well it was missing ! I was pissed !!! I left it in the truck so the new buyer could use it and it was a pain in the xxx to remove. When I asked about the camera system they told me that it would not pass state inspection ...which is xxxxxxxxx ! I'm a state inspector and I installed it according to the laws regarding state inspections . So I would give more than two stars in this review but after the service department crappy attitude and the property in my old truck was some how missing I can only give a two star rating. I did get the camera system back after the salesman had to go look for it in the shop. The Shop where the alignment was done was great , They were very friendly and Cheryl was extremely helpful and professional . More
