Best possible customer service around.... We stopped in today to look at an SUV, and were greeted by a very polite young man. Sawyer did a great job of giving us space and listening to our nee We stopped in today to look at an SUV, and were greeted by a very polite young man. Sawyer did a great job of giving us space and listening to our needs. We needed to leave the dealership to run around town, but we were not pushed to return. We decided to return to test drive the SUV. Sawyer had moved the vehicle inside so that we did not have to stand in the rain to look at it (nice touch). We took the vehicle for a test drive and before we made a final decision, Sawyer walked us through every aspect of the vehicle history to let us know the vehicle condition and answer questions. We decided this was the vehicle for us. The story doesn't end there..... when we got home, Deb discovered that she had left her purse behind. The dealership was closed. Sawyer gave us his cell phone, so we called him. He was able to contact his boss and they met us there twice and we found Debs purse. Pietroske went more than the extra mile to help us out. More
