I pretty much had narrowed down what I was looking for, and Mike Wall was able to point out some subtle difference between the options and was quickly able to home in on a vehicle that met my budget and needs. He didn't try to ease me into a more expensive vehicle or waste time with options that I didn't want or need. Mike knew the cars inside and out. Similarly, I was not pressured into financing with Pietroske, though I was given the option. I had my own financing lined up and there was no hard sell to change that. Finally, they provided me with a loaner car for one day to bridge the time to finalize the paperwork. More

We took it for a test drive and it met our expectations and was the vehicle we needed to tow our small RV trailer. After months of sort of looking and comparing prices this certified pre-owned vehicle we knew this vehicle was the right one at the right price.
