Regular maintenance.i.e., oil change, etc. This is actually the first time I have had to deal with the service department for scheduled maintenance on my new vehicle. When I called to schedule it and talked to Britt, he was very helpful and answered the questions I had. Experience was generally great, except I felt that other employees not in the service department that walked through the waiting area did not seem "friendly" and only 1 or 2 said hello. I feel that all employees should acknowledge all customers in some way, even just a smile says a lot. Otherwise, so far I am pleased with the service department. More

Very happy with this dealership Our new vehicle failed to start a week or so after we bought it. Called roadside assistance to get it going then took it in to have it checked out. VI Our new vehicle failed to start a week or so after we bought it. Called roadside assistance to get it going then took it in to have it checked out. VIP service start to finish. Everyone very helpful and courteous. Turned out to be a defective battery. New battery, a free car wash and we were on our way. Could not have been happier with this experience. More

Effortless used car buying experience We found the car we wanted on-line, called ahead, and had car and financing paperwork all ready to go for us when we arrived so we didn't have to spen We found the car we wanted on-line, called ahead, and had car and financing paperwork all ready to go for us when we arrived so we didn't have to spend hours and hours at the dealership. This was important because we drove an hour to get there to get a better price on the vehicle than what we were seeing locally. There was NO pressure and we felt like the staff not only listened to us but cared about us as well. An example of this is Evert taking the time to Sharpee out our social security number on documents that would be left in glove box/sent to insurance company etc without being asked to do this. Thank you we would definitely buy here again! More
