Excellent customer consideration. We chose Pietroske because we wanted to see the new 2018 Enclave. They were only one of two dealers in a 60 mile radius of our home that had them. They make sure the job is done right. I brought my car in with a little noise, something that should not be there. Cassie was very friendly and set up the appointment quickly. So I took it back and had the service man hear the noise before I turned off the motor.And he heard what I was talking about. Got my car in the next day and fixed it completely, without any hassle. I was helped immediately by a competent and pleasant saleswomen by the name of Amanda Beyer. She showed me the new Terrain that was on their lot and we took it for a test drive. It was very nice, but, it did not have all of the features that I wanted. I told her that I needed the car within a week and she was able to locate the car that had everything I wanted and she told me that it could be in Manitowoc by the day that I needed it. I told her that I would call her within a few days because I wanted to think about it before I made the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that Amanda did not bug me. She sent me a thank you e-mail for stopping in and let me know that if I had any other questions or concerns she was available to speak to me. She did her job without being aggressive and, because of the way she treated me, I purchased the car. Very good at her job. More
