Good work, bad communication. The work they do on my vehicle was good. My car runs very well. They don't call and update their customers on what's going on with your vehicle. I was under the impression that I just needed a few parts replaced and found out later that they had started replacing my whole engine. Which was under warranty, so it was covered. But they didn't even tell me. They just started it and didn't tell me it was going to take longer or what they were doing. I had to call THEM to get any info. More
