Made appointment for an odd noise. Turns out there was a service bulletin out on it so it was diagnosed in about 15 minutes. Parts were on back order and after 4 weeks of hearing nothing I went back and tal service bulletin out on it so it was diagnosed in about 15 minutes. Parts were on back order and after 4 weeks of hearing nothing I went back and talked to a manager to see what’s going on. He said he’d look into it and get back to me on the situation. After 2 more weeks of waiting I went in again, to find out that they had the parts when I showed up before the four week point, which seems kind of odd since a manager said he’d look into it. Seems they’re more than happy to sell you a vehicle, but when it comes to service....I think it speaks for itself. More
