Worse repair service ever. All I wanted to do was replace the nameplate on the tailgate door of my pre-owned SUV that I just purchased from this dealership. They did not have a clue what they were doing. They ordered the wrong part. The repair guys didn't know how to remove the old nameplate, in fact, they tried using a torch to heat it and a screwdriver to pry it off. They never opened the door to see if it screwed on from the inside, which it did. They messed up the paint which was in perfect condition, the vehicle is a 2015. The manager explained how they would fix the paint and it is not the proper way to do it. I can't trust them to do a good job, so now I will have to take it somewhere else to have it painted. I ordered the correct part myself and will install after the new paint job. What started out to be a fifty dollar job now has turned into hundreds of dollars. More

Best dealership experience I've ever had. I've had to deal with service departments in different cities for anything from repairs to parts mostly due to working on the road for many years in t I've had to deal with service departments in different cities for anything from repairs to parts mostly due to working on the road for many years in the past and usually have had average to terrible service to be honest but Pietroski, which is located in the city I live has been second to none which is a great thing to have in my hometown. When I order parts they are priced comparable if not lower than anywhere else I look which is not what you usually heard about or expect from a dealership and as for repairs all I can say is I've never brought a vehicle back after having work done because it wasn't done right. I used to go wherever was the least expensive and after doing so for many years and constantly being disappointed I started maybe paying a few extra bucks for going to the authorized dealership. The peace of mind and service I get at Pietroski is great, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend to all. Also recently purchased two new vehicles and can say the same for the sales team. More
