We met Glenn when we walked inside and spoke to him and told him what we were looking at in a very short amount of time we were in the vehicle and walked out for hours later purchasing the car we came to look at. Great dealer, great people! I bought a 2103 Chevy Equinox from Peitroske on Friday, Dec.28th 2018. I sent an email first indicating a vehicle I was interested in. I got a reply r I bought a 2103 Chevy Equinox from Peitroske on Friday, Dec.28th 2018. I sent an email first indicating a vehicle I was interested in. I got a reply right away from Deb Kerr. She indicated that the vehicle I was looking at was still available so I made an appointment for the day after Christmas to test drive it. I didn't really care for the vehicle I came in to test drive but because Deb had asked me when I first got to the dealership what kind of vehicle I was looking for she had a list prepared when I got back from the test drive and she showed me some of the other vehicles they had in stock that she thought would be a good fit for me. She showed me the Equinox and I took it for a test drive. My husband and I loved it right away! So we got the paperwork going and I came in on Friday of that week and picked up my "new" car. Peitroske gave me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. Also, my husband noticed a couple of rust spots on the interior door of the Equinox and when we pointed it out Deb knew that the vehicle was still under warranty until December 31st so she had the service guy come look at it and then made arrangements for the work to be done and be covered under the warranty yet. I also got to deal with their finance guy- Alex. Very polite pleasant young man. All in all I would say that dealing with the entire staff at Pietroske's was a great experience. Thank you all! More
