Service after the sale I took the vehicle back to the dealership after discovering a problem with the liftgate not staying in the open position. It would slowly settle down. We only had the vehicle for 2 days when we discovered the issue. Called the service department and made an appointment to have it looked and they took care of the problem right away. Amanda’s great I loved working with Amanda. She is friendly knew what I wanted, went out of the way to get me a truck from a different dealer. And best of all I didn I loved working with Amanda. Not knowing how to handle the situation, we placed a phone call to Amanda Beyer who sold us the vehicle. Amanda forwarded the message to Bob Berry, the service manager.
