Bergstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Kaukauna

I brought my 2018 ram into Bergstrom for a antifreeze leak in a crack, thermostat housing. I told them the problem where it was leaking from from the beginning.. was called a few days later and said the leak in a crack, thermostat housing. I came back to pick up the truck drove it a few miles and started to smell and antifreeze. I get to my home inspected and look to see it's coming from the exact same area. They never replaced the housing. Only the thermostat.. return to the vehicle the next day and show them again where it was leaking. They replaced the housing for the thermostat.. the first paperwork said there was no leaks when inspected after replacement. I could smell it leaking before even left the parking lot. Very frustrating to have to deal with it. I asked about it when I picked it up for the second time and was told it can happen. More

We were delighted to find the late model Ram 2500 (Cummins) we were looking for at Bergstrom Kaukauna at a very fair price. We have purchased from another Bergstrom dealership previously and found this location to be just as helpful and customer-focused. Although reaching our sales person Aaron was challenging because he was in training during part of the process, his team lead Christina kept things rolling; both were very professional, helpful, and welcoming. We financed the purchase through our bank and the Bergstrom team did a great job preparing all the documents to make that process seamless. When we arrived for delivery we were welcomed like family and the process went seamlessly, took exactly the hour and a half we planned for (including our acceptance drive, etc.). The only issue related to our experience is the second key fob. We were told it is Bergstrom's policy to provide at least two keys for all pre-owned vehicles over $20K (this was well over twice that) and just after we signed the paperwork and wrote the check they informed us they only had one key. They promised to order a second for us, and now we're told that's "backordered" with no estimate when (or if) we will actually receive it. We've purchased dozens of vehicles over the years and found Bergstrom to be a reputable dealership with a good inventory of really great vehicles. I'd highly recommend them with the caveat that the buyer make sure you have everything in hand at the time of sale. More

I went to Bergstrom in Kaukauna to test drive a used van. I walked in and was greeted by Batman (Justin)! He was super helpful, patient in answering all of my many questions, and fun to work with.
