Jeff was extremely friendly and professional. The crew replaced a warranted part for no charge, and I also had another key fob programmed and my passenger reading light replaced while I was there The crew replaced a warranted part for no charge, and I also had another key fob programmed and my passenger reading light replaced while I was there. The technician also performed a full check of my CX-5 and gave me suggestions on a few things that may need attention soon. They finished up my appointment by running my car through the carwash. A very enjoyable experience, for sure! More

Conner was amazing! Made it feel less like a “transaction”. The sales advisor (Conner) at Bergstrom Mazda was excellent. He listened to our needs and found a couple of vehicles that matched what we were looking for. Will not every buy another vehicle at this dealership again. It wasn't all bad but as the customer, I felt like I had to do their job most of the time. Came in on a Saturday with my wife and test drove 2 again. It wasn't all bad but as the customer, I felt like I had to do their job most of the time. Came in on a Saturday with my wife and test drove 2 cars. Dylan, our salesman, was very helpful and upfront. He did great! We decided later that night that we wanted a CX-50 that the Appleton dealership didn't have but their Green Bay dealer did. On Monday, I called and said we want the one in Green Bay and asked how fast we could get it to optimally finish the deal by Wednesday but latest by Friday. It took all day on Monday for the two dealerships to come to an agreement on what car Appleton would give to Green Bay for the one we wanted. Car came in on Tuesday but the paperwork was wrong. Didn't get a Purchase Agreement until Wednesday when I had to call them to see what the hold up was. Dylan made it happen but the Sales Manager and his team lead were less than stellar. When they sent the Purchase Agreement to my bank, it was blank. I had to send my copy into my bank. My bank reached out to them for titling paperwork and no one would answer the phone. Didn't get my car until the following Thursday (10 days later). Had to have multiple not so nice phone calls with them to make this sale happen. Dylan was great and did his part, the dealership is terrible at the administrative side of the purchasing a car. Price was fair and they don't dicker so that part was simple. I only have them two stars because Dylan did a great job. His managers...not so much. More
