I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from Hannah back in February and after 2 months my entertainment system died Dan (owner) went out of his way to satisfy me and ordered parts for it which we thought was February and after 2 months my entertainment system died Dan (owner) went out of his way to satisfy me and ordered parts for it which we thought was going to fix it but seemed to be a bigger problem and Dan has connections with Ford in Castle Rock and he was able to get it worked on ASAP by ford to which it was actually recalled and they were able to fix it for FREE!!!
