Very Trustworthy I haven't bought a car from a dealer since 2001 but when I spotted a car I've wanted for years sitting on their lot I had to stop in. I dealt with Frankie up front who was extremely polite and very laid back. He just handed me the keys for a test drive, made sure I had plenty of gas and said come back when I was done! Needless to say, I wanted it after returning. Dan, the owner, and I agreed on a price and a small list of mechanical items to address to complete our deal. In between my traveling over the next month they fixed every item and handled all the paperwork. Everything was a breeze. The whole experience left such an impression that they've earned my potential repeat business again, no questions asked. Best customer experience i ever have! I bought a 2004 Land Rover on May and include the extended warranty, 5 weeks later water pump broke and the engine over heat. Took vehicle to dealer a I bought a 2004 Land Rover on May and include the extended warranty, 5 weeks later water pump broke and the engine over heat. Took vehicle to dealer and they call me 2 days later and told me that I need a new engine but it was too expensive to fixed. The owner Dan call me and told me that the warranty will give me another vehicle of the same value and I will keep paying for my old one. Went to dealer and pick a 2008 Ford Expedition he told me ok put the temporary license plate and I was on my way. You can’t have a better customer service better than that from my sales man Frankie and the owner Dan. Thanks guys! More
