The inside is luxurious and I love not having to get gas but once every four days instead of every day or every other day like I used to. It’s surprising how much more get up and go there is with the diesel engine versus gas. Their extended warranty and repair shop give me peace of mind that I won’t have to worry about major repairs. I also like that it covers any auto body repairs so I only have to get liability when it comes to auto insurance. I look forward to buying my next car from them. Debs More

Audi A5 Warranty I bought a 2010 Audi A5 2.0T with approx. 65,000 miles from Berkenkotter, I experienced a no pressure sales process and easy finance options. I do no I bought a 2010 Audi A5 2.0T with approx. 65,000 miles from Berkenkotter, I experienced a no pressure sales process and easy finance options. I do not usually buy warranties but the warranty sold by Berkenkotter was reasonably priced and was very comprehensive, so I purchased it. I noticed after driving the car it was consuming a quart of oil every 600 miles and periodically the check engine light would come on for a turbo under boost fault. I took the car back to Berkenkotter, the oil consumption was a known issue with this model of car and was at one time covered by Audi under a recall program, this particular car had timed out of that recall. Dan at Berkenkotter loaned me a car off of his lot, investigated the issues and not only replaced the turbo but did the work Audi would of done under the recall to correct the oil consumption issue. Technically some of the work was not covered under the warranty but Dan honored it anyway. The responsiveness and service received was first class and would not hesitate to work with them again when I need my next vehicle. A few years ago I consigned an F450 with them, had a very similar experience, they sold the vehicle in a short period of time with very fair rates. Very Pleased! More
