He spoke down to my son, refused to answer questions, lied, and was chauvinist toward me. We love the camper but won't be returning or referring people here as long he is employed there. More

The warranty wasn't explained very well and I the truck ended up having bad headgaskets, which are not covered under their warranty (gaskets are not covered). Dan helped me get the warranty figured out because of his desire for a happy customer. I will buy from them again when we're ready! More

Honesty, integrity and quality customer care! It is hard to find people in any industry these days who are truly human begins who care. It all started Friday 05/26/17, from our home in South East It is hard to find people in any industry these days who are truly human begins who care. It all started Friday 05/26/17, from our home in South East Aurora on our way to our annual camping trip near the Royal Gorge area. Grandma, kids, dogs, pop up and fully loaded pick up truck in tow. Made in up I-25 headed to Castle Rock when we lost all power; blown engine. Thankfully we made it safely off exit 185. An officer pulled up shortly after and offered us a ride to who he recommended "Berkenkotter Motors". Oddly enough I had been following their inventory of truck for 2 months prior. Long story short the officer was kind enough to give us a ride to the dealer. He went in and talked to BJ (sales manager) told him the story and we were handed off to Angels. That is all my husband and family can say about these men....they are all Angels and truly care about people. The seem to really care about the quality of cars they sell and not the bottom line (commission). Not only did they spend several hours (they didn't even eat lunch) trying to find us our perfect used truck (as we couldn't afford a brand new one so there were some hiccups with the banks), they towed our truck, trailer and family back to their dealership, paid off the loan on our old truck (blown engine), and allowed us to borrow a truck off the lot in order to make our camping trip. The truck we purchased didn't have a hitch and needed a couple other things done. Who does this you ask? Berkenkotter Motors that's who!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner was also there (Dan) and he is an Angel too. Without him (permission to use a truck off the lot and our old truck pay off) we wouldn't have made it to our camping trip. To add to this fabulous story, the men also came out to help us unload all (LOTS) of our belongings to the loaner truck, in the rain. Put new windshield blades on the loaner and connected our pop up trailer. I just want to say thank you so much to Wade, BJ and Dan. You all are truly amazing people with big hearts who care; that is so hard to find. We are so excited to get our purchased truck this evening and yes today (Tuesday) we are still in the loaner truck they allowed us to use. I came into work and told everyone here the story, I will recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a good quality new or used vehicle from true genuine people who care about what they do and what the sell to families.
