Michael was great. He was friendly and very pleasant to work with. I rated your dealership a 3 due to the fact I thought your dealership was family friendly but that is He was friendly and very pleasant to work with. I rated your dealership a 3 due to the fact I thought your dealership was family friendly but that is not true. Your bathroom doesn't have a changing table. It wouldn't have been an issue but in those circumstances I would change my child in my suv. Which is impossible when its being serviced. It put me in a tough position of either changing my child in the waiting area or not changing her at all for her privacy. More
