A lot of my complaints are also with VW corporate but, long story short, purchased a 2023 ID.4 and we almost immediately began having problems. The first was that I was told the charging station near me, which we received a 3 year promotional credit towards, was operational. It was not, it would not open for almost another year. With the car itself it was mostly small annoyances at first but a few really dangerous things like the car shifting and accelerating itself. This is not my first electric vehicle, I have never encountered issues like this before. I made multiple trips to the dealership where I was told they couldn't find anything wrong and my concerns were ignored. A little more than a year after purchasing the vehicle it accelerated itself right into a wall. Police and insurance co. cleared me of responsibility and still VW will not take any responsibility AND is trying to come after me for money somehow. More

Terrible! You had our car for 28 days & failed to inform us that a TSB advisory was issued in 2021 for one of the repairs we were charged for. Since it was iss You had our car for 28 days & failed to inform us that a TSB advisory was issued in 2021 for one of the repairs we were charged for. Since it was issued by Subaru, we should not have paid to have it repaired. It had to do with the electrical system needing to be replaced due to a malfunction including the navigation system. What a sleazy way to do business!!! More
