Bert Smith Subaru Volkswagen

I ordered a 650i in October. It was nothing special, the only thing it had on it was an automatic transmission. I tracked it almost every week online and realized that the one that they had ordered was a ma only thing it had on it was an automatic transmission. I tracked it almost every week online and realized that the one that they had ordered was a manual. I called them back (this was in november) and they said they had sent me a letter. I had never recieved a letter, and they gave me a *new* production number. I tried calling rich 5 times and he would never call me back, and always had someone else call me. Finally I talked to the manager, Mark and canceled my order and went to Reeves. I would definately not recommend Bert Smith if it was the last dealership on the planet!! More
