Ever time I go for service the wait time is longer than it should be but last week appointment just for oil change rotation was ridiculous. I waited 2.5 hours and had to get the manager involved to move t it should be but last week appointment just for oil change rotation was ridiculous. I waited 2.5 hours and had to get the manager involved to move things along. Covid-19 was of course the excuse. I said if that was the case I should of been called to reschedule. Also when made the appointment on line I never got a confirmation email and it took me 4 calls to confirm my appointment at the dealership. More

By far the most hassle free car buying experience! The service was excellent and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. They were very upfront with pricing and there was no haggling to be done even when service was excellent and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about the service work getting done was fantastic. What struck me as weird was the old skinny Latino guy with the bad hairpiece that came out when I dropped off my car to ask me what I was fantastic. What struck me as weird was the old skinny Latino guy with the bad hairpiece that came out when I dropped off my car to ask me what I was doing there and verify which car was mine and that I had, in fact, left keys for service. He went on some kind of rant about Trump, immigrants, the withdrawal from Afghanistan after that. Wasn’t sure what the point was. I got the impression the bad hairpiece guy and the two mooks he came out with thought I was someone else. Anyway, a fun story to tell my friends and put on reviews. More
