Me and my husband visited bertera on a reccomendation from a friend that has a lease with them. I bought a new 2012 Nissan Versa for my wife. Vinnie made some last minute calls to get our rate down and the payments where we wanted them. The entire process was transparent. I do not recommend calling first as you may get the phone or internet salesman. You really want to deal with the everyday salesman as that salesman most likely has fewer sales and will be more willing to ne or internet salesman.
