I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for my car to have an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 1 hour. I had an 8 am appointment for this service. No one said we are sorry you had to wait so lo change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 1 hour. I had an 8 am appointment for this service. No one said we are sorry you had to wait so long. The manager stated that there was a call in. No apology. They also recommend I get new tires when my tires have 31,000 miles on them. I will not go back to this dealership. More
