Excellent Dealership Sales Department I recently went to Bessey Motor Sales to test drive a new 2019 Dodge Charger … I have not yet purchased a vehicle as I continue to test drive other ve I recently went to Bessey Motor Sales to test drive a new 2019 Dodge Charger … I have not yet purchased a vehicle as I continue to test drive other vehicles at several other dealerships as I make up my mind on what it is I am most comfortable with … However, I want to comment on the excellent experience I had at Bessey because it stands out from some other less favorable ones … Salesman Joe Sabins and General Manager Doug Van Durme spent considerable time with me to explain the vehicle specifics, the buying process and my options concerning financing … In addition, I was quoted a terrific purchase price … And best of all, I felt no pressure at all during the entire process … I dealt only with the sales folks, but I would be surprised if the service and parts folks were not similar to deal with if/as necessary ... I would highly recommend this dealership and named individuals to anyone shopping for a new, or used, vehicle … A great experience! More

Our Jeep Purchase with Excellent Customer Care My husband and I were referred to Joe Sabins and John Emerson at Bessey Motors by my brother, Tim Fogg, to discuss our interest in purchasing a Jeep. My husband and I were referred to Joe Sabins and John Emerson at Bessey Motors by my brother, Tim Fogg, to discuss our interest in purchasing a Jeep. From the initial chat with Joe, the introduction to John, then the weekend test drive, to yesterday's PURCHASE, we were treated with excellent customer care! Joe was helpful in presenting several options to us. We went into Bessey's wanting a 2-door Jeep and after trying a couple out, decided upon a 4-door. Had we not had to opportunity to try the vehicle out for longer than a 20 minute ride, we would not have been able to arrive at that choice. Doug VanDurme was instrumental in the financing options available. He helped us arrive at a loan with our local lender, Dirigo. This was such a comfortable and comforting experience from beginning to end. We fully intend (and have already) shared our experience with others.
