1st call was told could not even plug in to my vehicle to tell me if the emissions check engine light was serious and had to wait four days to plug in and then no guarantee. Took to another dealer as I was p tell me if the emissions check engine light was serious and had to wait four days to plug in and then no guarantee. Took to another dealer as I was passing it..they plugged in and told me it was likely a nox sensor. When I called back to get it into Betten Baker coopersville the young lady was very helpful and said she could work it in and would let me know how serious it was. I had to call to see if it was done the gentleman told me that it was in fact done. I asked them to leave the keys inside and lock the truck so I could pick it up after they closed he said that would not be a problem, however when I got there to pick it up my key fob was nowhere in the vehicle so I had to come back on Saturday to pick it up. Biggest improvement I can suggest is Brett communication and do what you say you’re going to do. More
I called 6 times in 2 days and finally got a call back. He said they did the brakes and when I looked at the receipt it says inspected the brakes. Now the brakes are squealing.
