We take our car here because it has a BB warranty but will be looking for another place for service going forward. The part was not ordered on time one service tech told us the truth that they forgot to will be looking for another place for service going forward. When called were told it would be $900 for the service. No one even looked to see that we had a warranty on the vehicle which we bought from them. Called back and was let know the service was covered. After days without any contact called to check when it would be done and were told they were updating software due to a recall but no mention of the actual work the car was in for. A few more days go by we finally get notified the car is done but we need to pick it up before 5:30 and only the owner can sign for the service. Getting out of work at 5 and being 30 minutes away this is not possible. To avoid going another weekend without the car we had to leave work to sign in the afternoon and pick the car up later that night. Very inconvenient. On the bill we received the cost was stated as $600 which is questionably $300 less then originally quoted. Seems a little suspicious. Overall the service is very sub par. I would not take my car here again. Their communication and follow through is poor. This is not the first negative experience we have had with their service department. More

I went for an oil change and asked for something to be looked at and asked how much it would be. Instead I was charged for the replacement without giving the ok for it.
