Overall, the service writer was very friendly. I am giving a 3.0 rating for the following reasons. The recall on the doors was fixed and done within 1 day. The interior door panes hand dirty greasy hand prints on them. There was silicone on my steering wheel and there are silicone marks around the exterior door handles. Instead of bugging someone to take care of it, I figured it would be easier to clean it up myself. I was a Ford Tech in my previous life, this is NOT how a vehicle should get sent out the door.
