Bought my truck in April and brought it back in May to install a GMC tonneau cover. I made an appointment for 8:00AM which they informed me the job could be as quick as 30 minutes, max of 90 minutes. Upon arrival I was informed that they were having a meeting so they would not start on the truck until 8:30 so maybe I would like a ride home and come back later to pick up the truck. I should preface that this is my work truck and I need my truck so around 10:45 I called and asked if it was finished, they said they would check and call me back. Which they never did. After waiting 30 minutes I headed to the dealer because I figured it must be done by now. Which I should mention I live in Holland which is a 30 minute drive. I got there and they didn’t even know where the truck was and had not started on it yet, so why did I make an appointment?? Needless to say I was not going to wait around. Went back home and waited…finally received a call around 1:00 that I could come in and pick up my truck…no apology no nothing…sorry that’s just poor customer service More
Well, the day after I took my car home, my brakes didn't work. I went to the hudsonville office first but they sent me to the grandville location. Right after I left I knew Something was wrong with my car. Brianna told me I had to pay another $150 to have an exam and I told her it wasn't. I had brakes before I went in and now I don't have brakes. It took me a week after I talked to Corey for them to get my car back in. I guess the rotor was put on backwards and now I'm still having the issues it's not fixed. I'm gonna reach out to Cory and Brianna is just been a total smart xxx about the whole thing and this is my life like I thought my brakes I will die and she keeps trying to say it was my fault after they admitted to putting on the rotors on wrong. I'm just very upset with the whole experience More
